These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Member", or "you") and isenag88 (hereinafter "isenag88", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), accessible at https://isenag88.cam (the "Website"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the isenag88 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, sports betting, bonus programmes, and all other services offered by isenag88.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

isenag88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual member account registered on the isenag88 Platform by a User.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and address verification process required before a Member's first withdrawal is processed.
• "Platform" means the isenag88 website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at https://isenag88.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount required to be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or derived winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "VIP Tier" means one of the six loyalty levels available within the isenag88 Black Diamond VIP Programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole operating currency of the isenag88 Platform for fiat transactions.

To register and maintain an active Account on isenag88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. isenag88 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all casino-style gambling and sports betting activities on the Platform. Proof of age will be required during KYC verification.
• You must be a natural person and must not register an Account on behalf of a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited by applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on isenag88. Only one Account person, per household, and per IP address is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any funds within them may be forfeited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of isenag88, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not under instruction or direction from any third party.

When registering an Account on isenag88, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must not use pseudonyms, false names, or incomplete addresses. The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must match the identity documents submitted during KYC verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. isenag88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text only — do not send sensitive documents via unsecured channels). isenag88 will investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the Account pending resolution.

All Accounts are subject to full KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal. KYC documentation requirements include a valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification (MyKad / NRIC, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and in certain cases a selfie holding the identity document.

isenag88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are also accepted in BTC, ETH, and USDT, converted at the live market rate at the time of transaction.

All deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly or within a short processing window depending on your chosen payment method. isenag88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds must meet their applicable Wagering Requirement before withdrawal of associated winings is permitted.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit as determined by your VIP Tier.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your isenag88 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• isenag88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

Typical processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — 5to 30 minutes; DuitNow — under 10 minutes; bank transfer via FPX — same business day; cryptocurrency — 10 to 60 minutes subject to network conditions.

isenag88 offers various bonus programmes and promotional offers to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, birthday bonuses, VIP tier perks, and migration bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are issued, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from your real-money Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements for each promotion will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• isenag88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or void any bonus offer at any time without prior notice where abuse, fraud, or manipulation is suspected.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.
• isenag88 reserves the right to limit the eligibility of specific Members for specific promotions at its sole discretion.

All bets placed on the isenag88 Platform are governed by the specific game or sport rules applicable to each product, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that product.

• Bets may only be placed from funds available in your real-money Account Balance. Bets placed using Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirement conditions of the applicable promotion.
• isenag88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrectly quoted odds or on incorrectly listed events.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. isenag88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and without prior notice.
• For sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — official results as declared by the relevant governing body will be used to settle all bets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by VIP Tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• isenag88 will not accept any bet it believes to be placed with the intent to manipulate a market, exploit a technical error, or in connection with any form of match-fixing or fraud.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the isenag88 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other Members.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies on the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the outcome of any game or event.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any activity that isenag88, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other Members.

All content on the isenag88 Platform, including but not limited to the isenag88 brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game content, and underlying code, is the exclusive intellectual property of isenag88 or its duly licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of isenag88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, isenag88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

isenag88 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions (including payment processor outages), and events beyond our reasonable control may affect Platform availability. isenag88 accepts no liability for losses arising from such disruptions.

isenag88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools help Members manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. Members who believe their gambling may be causing harm are encouraged to make use of these tools or to contact our support team for assistance.

In compliance with our age verification obligations, isenag88 strictly prohibits access to the Platform by persons under the age of 21. Any Member found to be underage will have their Account immediately closed and any funds credited during their use of the Platform may be forfeited.

• KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period following a request.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 is suspected or confirmed.
• isenag88 is required to do so by a competent authority or applicable law.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned via the Member's preferred withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which isenag88 operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their country or territory of residence, including Malaysia. isenag88 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

isenag88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

For material changes that affect Members' rights or obligations, isenag88 will provide advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes. Please review this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.
